升級(jí)指導(dǎo)書Update instruction for YASKAWA Servo Drive

尊敬的寶瑪客戶，為了進(jìn)一步提高電火花線切割機(jī)床的穩(wěn)定性和精確度，寶瑪數(shù)控近期對(duì)線切割上的日本安川伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化升級(jí)，升級(jí)之后機(jī)床的性能將會(huì)有很大提升，具體如下：

安川驅(qū)動(dòng)器型號(hào)介紹 Instruction of different models of YASKAWA Drive

圖中左面是該驅(qū)動(dòng)器的型號(hào)，右側(cè)產(chǎn)品系列的標(biāo)記Σ7（如左圖）, 目前早期還有Σ5系列（如右圖）,但這款系列的驅(qū)動(dòng)器右側(cè)未標(biāo)注Σ5。

The picture 1 is Model: Σ7 (we can see the model No in the drive as picture),which we use for a sample here. 

Another model Σ5 as the picture 2,but this model No is not mentioned in the drive.

1. 驅(qū)動(dòng)器面板操作按鍵介紹 Drive control panel instruction.

打開前面板，可以看到從左到右有4個(gè)按鍵，分別的功能為：

1號(hào)鍵  MODE/SET 鍵用于切換顯示的按鍵

2號(hào)鍵 UP鍵用于增大（增加）設(shè)定值的按鍵

3號(hào)鍵 DOWN鍵用于減?。p少）設(shè)定值的按鍵

4號(hào)鍵 DATA/SHIFT鍵用于確定設(shè)定值的按鍵，還可顯示設(shè)定值，以及用于移動(dòng)光標(biāo)，選擇位數(shù)

Open the front cover, there are 4 buttons, the functions as follow:

1#button MODE/SET used for changing different parameters.

2#button UP used for increasing the value parameters

3#button DOWN used for decrease the value of parameters

4# button DATA/SHIFT for enter the value, showing the value and used for choosing the position.

2.驅(qū)動(dòng)器參數(shù)的查看及升級(jí)操作

The steps for checking the parameters of the drive and the operation for upgrading

1)每按一次1號(hào)鍵[ MODE/SET]，顯示窗出現(xiàn)不同的參數(shù)，分別從初始狀態(tài)【run】的顯示到【Fn000】、【Pn000】、【Un000】，然后又回到初始狀態(tài)。

Each pressing of 1# button MODE/SET, different parameters will be display from【run】 to 【Fn000】、【Pn000】、【Un000】then back to XXX

2)本次升級(jí)涉及的參數(shù)為Pn系列的，因此，我們需要通過(guò)1號(hào)鍵【 MODE/SET 鍵】將參數(shù)調(diào)整顯示到Pn000。

This step for updating Pn series parameters. Please use 1# button【MODE/SET】adjust the parameters showing Pn000

3)當(dāng)數(shù)碼管顯示到Pn000時(shí)，這時(shí)末尾數(shù)字“0”是在不停閃爍。我們可以通過(guò)4號(hào)鍵【DATA/SHIFT鍵】，來(lái)選擇需要調(diào)整數(shù)值的這一位來(lái)閃爍。當(dāng)該位置上的數(shù)值在閃爍時(shí)，我們可以通過(guò)2號(hào)鍵【 UP鍵】或3號(hào)鍵【 DOWN鍵】，來(lái)調(diào)整數(shù)值。直到選好某個(gè)參數(shù)號(hào)碼。如下圖選擇了Pn101這個(gè)參數(shù)號(hào)碼。

When the Pn000 showing in the display. The last number “0” will be flashing. Please use 4# button【DATA/SHIFT】to choose the number need to be modified. Then please use 2# button【UP】and 3# button【DOWN】to adjust the value until choose a correct Number.

4)接著按住4號(hào)鍵【DATA/SHIFT鍵】大約3~4秒，進(jìn)入到該參數(shù)號(hào)碼的內(nèi)容中，

Press 4# button 【DATA/SHIFT】3-4 seconds, the details of this parameters will be showing in the display.

此時(shí)光標(biāo)會(huì)停留在 后一位上【即該數(shù)值在閃爍】，我們通過(guò)按4號(hào)鍵【DATA/SHIFT鍵】來(lái)移動(dòng)光標(biāo)【閃爍位置】，通過(guò)2號(hào)鍵【 UP鍵】或3號(hào)鍵【 DOWN鍵】，來(lái)調(diào)整該位置上的數(shù)值，當(dāng)輸入正確后，按住4號(hào)鍵【DATA/SHIFT鍵】大約3~4秒，退出該參數(shù)的編輯界面，回到Pn的參數(shù)號(hào)碼界面。

Now, the cursor will stay in the last Number( it mean this number is flashing), Press 4# button【DATA/SHIFT】can change the position of the cursor( the flashing Number). using 2# button【UP】and 3# button【DOWN】to change the value of this position. After correct the Number, Press 4# button 【DATA/SHIFT】3-4 seconds, Exit the interface and back to Pn… 

5)然后再選擇下一個(gè)需要變更的參數(shù)號(hào)碼，重復(fù)3、4步驟完成參數(shù)的設(shè)定。

Then choose the next parameters No, repeat Step 3,and step 4 to change it.

6)全部完成后，通過(guò)長(zhǎng)按4號(hào)鍵【DATA/SHIFT鍵】退到初始界面。然后關(guān)閉電源，再啟動(dòng)電源，此時(shí)新設(shè)置的參數(shù)生效。

After updating all parameters, press 4# button 3-4 seconds, will Exit. Please power off the controller and restart it. The new parameters will be taken effect.

3.注意點(diǎn)：

1)升級(jí)設(shè)置未全部完成前，切勿斷電，如發(fā)生意外斷電，通電后應(yīng)復(fù)查前面所設(shè)置參數(shù)是否成功。

2)設(shè)置時(shí)，請(qǐng)注意機(jī)床的型號(hào)，選擇對(duì)應(yīng)的參數(shù)表！

3)設(shè)置完成后，須復(fù)查一次參數(shù)的設(shè)置值是否正確。如果參數(shù)設(shè)置有誤，會(huì)導(dǎo)致機(jī)床運(yùn)行混亂，嚴(yán)重的將使機(jī)床受到損傷。

Attention:

1)Please don’t power off until finished all settings. If any unexpected power off during setting, please check all parameters from start.

2)Please check follow tables for different model machines; please choose the parameters according to the model of the machine.

3)After finishing setting the parameters, please re-check all parameters before running the machine. Or it may damage the machine.
